A Small Creative Studio With a Big Vision

Wirux was founded by Emile Cayer to help businesses grow online while building a studio that creates opportunities for the next generation of designers and developers.

The Story Behind Wirux

Wirux started the same way a lot of things in my life have started — without a perfectly clear plan.

My name is Emile Cayer, and for most of my early life I’ve been the type of person who believed I would simply figure things out as I went.

I didn’t spend much time mapping out a long-term career path or defining exactly what my future would look like. I just kept moving forward and learning along the way.

Fourteen days after turning 18, I joined the Army National Guard, where I served for several years before being honorably discharged as a Private First Class Infantryman.

That experience shaped a lot about who I am today — discipline, resilience, and the mindset to keep pushing forward even when the path isn’t always clear.

After my service, I started college studying Air Traffic Control.

But like many people trying to find their place, my direction changed. I switched my major to Accounting, and later to Computer Science.

While learning to code, I discovered something interesting about myself.

The parts of web development that excited me most weren’t always the backend systems or technical architecture — it was the design, the creativity, and the way people interact with a digital experience.

That curiosity eventually led me to UX/UI design, and for the first time it felt like everything clicked.

I dove into learning everything I could about design, usability, and building digital experiences that actually help people.

Over time, that passion grew into the skills and confidence that eventually led me to start Wirux.

But Wirux was never just about starting a business.

Why Wirux Exists

Creating Wirux wasn’t about chasing money.

It was about building something meaningful.

I’ve always wanted to build a business — not only for myself, but to create opportunities for others.

Especially for people trying to break into creative and technology industries that can feel incredibly difficult to enter without experience.

Too often, talented people are overlooked simply because they haven’t been given the chance yet.

My long-term vision for Wirux is to grow it into a creative studio that not only helps businesses succeed online, but also gives new designers, developers, and creatives a real opportunity to start their careers.

Where Wirux Is Today

Right now, Wirux operates as a small digital creative studio led by me, handling everything from web design and development to digital strategy and creative support.

While it’s currently a one-person operation, collaboration is a big part of how I work.

I partner with other local businesses and creative professionals to bring additional capabilities to projects when needed.

For example, I collaborate with Roll Films LLC for professional media services, allowing Wirux projects to include high-quality creative production when the work calls for it.

I’ve also built partnerships with major organizations like ADP, one of the largest Human Capital Management (HCM) solution providers.

These partnerships demonstrate the ability to operate and collaborate within larger professional ecosystems.

Being small doesn’t mean thinking small.

It means being adaptable, focused, and personally invested in every project.

Looking Forward

Wirux is still growing — and that’s exactly where I want it to be.

The roadmap is ready to scale as more work and opportunities come in.

When the time is right, the next step will be building a team of talented people who share the same passion for creativity, problem solving, and helping others succeed.

Because at the end of the day, Wirux isn’t just a business to me.

It’s my passion.
It’s my drive.
And it’s the opportunity to build something that helps other people grow too.
